Product designer for Shoper shops

1. In the Shoper panel open Aplikacje i integracje → Zewnętrzne aplikacje (Apps and integrations → External apps) and add an integration. Tool: “Other”, name e.g. “KreatorPRO”.
2. Add only 3 permissions: Orders (read, add, edit), Products (read) and Order statuses (read).
3. Save and create the token, then copy it. Shoper shows it only once.
4. In the designer panel, in the Integrations tab, connect Shoper: enter the shop address (e.g. https://shop123.shoparena.pl) and paste the token. If a permission is missing, the panel tells you which one.

In the Automations tab you set a rule: after an order reaches a chosen status, the customer gets an email with a designer link, opened with the template and quantity from the order. Once the design is saved, the file link goes into a private order note. When the rule changes the status, Shoper emails the customer if that status has notifications on.

Shoper limits the number of API calls. With many orders, fetching takes a little longer, which is normal.

1. In Shoper, edit the shop theme layout and add a custom module (Dodaj moduł własny). Type: integration module, pages: all.
2. Paste the code from the Integrations tab (Shoper, product page button) into the JS field.
3. On products with a template, add a text option called “Projekt”. The designer writes the design link into it, and shoppers do not see that field.

After saving, the design goes into the cart, the file link sits in the order line, and the design in the panel is matched to the order number.
