Mug designer
Mug designer: the design on a photo, the file at print size
A printed mug is a typical gift. The customer sees the design on a photo of the mug, and you get only the print at the area size, e.g. for sublimation. For buyers who do not want to design, there is a simple designer with ready designs.

Setting up a mug in the panel
- In a Mockup template, upload a photo of the mug.
- Mark the print area with a rectangle and enter its width in millimetres. The height follows from the shape of the area.
- If the mug is printed on two sides, add a second side with its own photo.
- Assign the template to the product in the shop.
A name mug without designing
Turn on the personalization mode in the template. The buyer picks an occasion, e.g. Mother’s Day, and a category, sees a ready design on the mug and types a name. You design the templates once, in the same designer, with 18 text effects and over 5000 elements. More: gifts, boxes and merchandise.
Frequently asked questions

Can the customer upload a photo from their phone?
Yes, JPG, PNG, WEBP and others up to 50 MB. The designer warns when the photo resolution is too low for the print size.
