Less file checking
Every design from the designer has the right format, bleed and resolution. You check the content, not the file parameters. When something needs changing, you click “Request a correction”, tick the reason and the customer gets a link to their design. The corrected file replaces the old one under the same link.
Many files at once
In Customer projects you filter designs with an order that are not downloaded yet, select them and download one ZIP. File names contain order numbers, e.g. zamowienie-2443-1.pdf. The “Downloaded” mark prevents printing the same order twice.
Frequently asked questions
Can one flyer come in several formats?
Yes, a “Size from parameter option” template gives each option its size, e.g. A4, A5, DL.
Do the files have bleed and crop marks?
The PDF has bleed and a marked cut line (TrimBox). You add crop marks and sheet imposition in your imposition software.
Can the customer order stickers on a sheet?
Yes, the sticker template has modes: single sticker, sheet filled automatically, sheet arranged by the customer, and roll. More on the sticker designer page.
