Most print shop software starts with the quote and ends with the invoice. Yet most time is lost in between: fixing customer files and finding which file belongs to which order. This software handles exactly that stage.

What the print shop gets
- Print-ready files. The customer designs at net size, the designer adds bleed, and the PDF has the cut line marked. Text can be embedded or converted to curves when the RIP lacks the fonts.
- Quality check before the order. The designer calculates the print resolution of photos and warns the customer. You can also block saving below a minimum DPI.
- Corrections without e-mails. You tick the reason, e.g. missing bleed or a typo. The customer gets a link to their design, fixes it, and the new file is under the same link in the order.
- Production in one place. Statuses with counters, a “Not downloaded” filter, a ZIP with files named after order numbers.
Orders from other companies
Print shops often print for agencies and other print shops too. The External orders module replaces a spreadsheet or a Notion table. Each order gets a number, items with material, size and quantity, a due date and an URGENT mark. Every client can have their own password-protected link: they see only their orders, add new ones and attach files. The period report shows m² and pieces by material, with export to Excel.

Several people in the panel
Everyone logs in with their own e-mail and password. The owner chooses what each person can access. A printer can see only Customer projects, without deleting, statistics or settings, and a designer can see templates and project designs. 3 accounts are included, each extra one costs 2 EUR net per month.
Frequently asked questions
Will it replace my quoting and invoicing system?
No. Quotes, payments and invoices stay in the shop or your own system. This software handles the customer’s design, the print file and the production stages.
Can a print shop without an online shop use it?
Yes. You can send customers personal designer links with a chosen template, size and expiry date. The design arrives in the panel and you get an e-mail. On top of that there is the External orders module for orders from companies.
Which file formats do I get?
A vector PDF in millimetres with bleed or a 300 DPI PNG with transparency, plus a CutContour cut-line file for stickers. In the Premium plan the converter turns a PDF into PNG or TIFF, in RGB or CMYK.
