Flyer designer: front and back in one file
The customer chooses the flyer format in the shop, and the designer opens at that size, with bleed. Front and back are designed on two sides. The print shop gets one PDF with both sides, in millimetres and with a cut line.

Format from a list in the shop
When the customer picks a size from a list, a “Size from parameter option” template gives each option its own size. The designer recognises it from the name, e.g. A5 is 148 × 210 mm, or you type it in. After choosing A5 the designer opens at A5 with bleed, e.g. 3 mm.
Two-sided flyer
In the template you set the sides “Front” and “Back”. The buyer switches between them in the designer. A back marked as optional can stay empty, and the order comment shows which sides the customer designed. You set the surcharge for two-sided printing in the shop, as a product option.
Ready flyer designs
In the Project designs tab you prepare designs, e.g. a restaurant flyer with space for the menu or a promo flyer with a QR code. The customer picks a design and swaps the texts and photos. Faster for the customer and less file checking for you.
Frequently asked questions
What bleed should I set for flyers?
Usually 2–3 mm on each side. The designer shows the cut line as a red dashed line and the safe margin as a green one, so the customer keeps texts away from the edge.
Does the PDF have embedded fonts?
Yes, in “Editable” mode. If your RIP has trouble with fonts, set “Curves” in the template: letters become shapes.
Can the customer add a QR code?
Yes. The QR code tab creates a code from a web address in any colour, with or without a background. The designer warns when the contrast is too low.
