SellAsist integration

Personalization for orders in SellAsist

SellAsist collects orders from Allegro, Amazon, eBay and shops. The designer works here through automations: after purchase the customer gets a link to design the product, and once it is saved the file link goes back into the order note. You install nothing in SellAsist.

Connecting

  1. In SellAsist go to Integrations → API keys, add a key (e.g. “KreatorPRO”) and generate it.
  2. In the designer panel, in the Integrations tab, connect SellAsist: enter the account address (e.g. https://yourcompany.sellasist.pl) and paste the key.
  3. Import products, assign templates in the Products tab and turn on a scenario in Automations.

What the customer sees

  1. The customer buys, say, a printed T-shirt on Allegro. The order lands in SellAsist.
  2. When the order reaches the rule’s status (e.g. paid), the customer gets an email from your mailbox with a personal link. The designer opens with the template and quantity from the order.
  3. The customer designs and saves. If they wait too long, they get a reminder.
  4. The print file link goes into the order note, the status can change on its own, and the print room is notified right away or during working hours.

A shop with the button plus SellAsist

Do you also run a shop with the designer on the product page, and its orders go into SellAsist? Set SellAsist to the design link only mode. The designer then sends no emails from that system, changes no statuses and counts the order once.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to install anything in SellAsist?

No. An API key from Integrations → API keys is enough.

Do statuses work both ways?

Yes. Saving a design can change the order status in SellAsist, and the order status can set the design status in the panel.

Does SellAsist count as an order system in the pricing?

Yes. The plan includes 1 order system (Apilo, Base or SellAsist). Each additional one costs 39 PLN net per month.
