Personalization for orders in Apilo

1. In Apilo go to Administration → Apilo API keys and add a new application, e.g. “KreatorPRO”.
2. Copy the account address (e.g. yourcompany.apilo.com), Client ID, Client Secret and the authorization code.
3. In the designer panel, in the Integrations tab, connect Apilo and paste the data. The authorization code works only once. If the connection fails, generate a new one.
4. Import products and assign templates in the Products tab.

Access renews itself, and the integration card shows how long it is valid.

Sources in the rules are your Apilo sales accounts, such as Allegro, WooCommerce or manual sales. For each source you choose in Integrations what the designer should do: treat it as your own shop (match the order to a design made on the product page), fetch orders (e.g. Allegro, for automations) or ignore it. After adding a new source in Apilo, refresh the source list.

Orders placed before you connected can be matched to designs with a one-off check of the last 14 days. The designer adds the links to the notes and sends no emails to customers.

In the rule you turn on status changes and pick a status for each event: the customer saved the design, you approved it, you asked for a correction, the customer corrected it, plus your own production statuses from the panel, such as “Printing” or “Shipped”. Leaving an event without a status keeps the order as it is.
