A banner made to size in minutes
The customer picks 400 × 100 cm and a material in the shop. The designer opens at that size. The line legend says eyelets go in the corners every 50 cm, and a green line shows the safe margin. The customer uploads a logo, types a slogan and saves. The order has a PDF with bleed and a WYMIAR: 400×100 cm entry.
An m² report for orders from companies
The External orders module handles orders from agencies and other print shops: items with material, size and quantity, statuses, files. The period report shows m² by material (e.g. MESH, VINYL, BACKLIGHT) and by client, with CSV export. In Statistics, the design report shows m² from shop orders.
Frequently asked questions
Can the designer handle a 10 m banner?
Yes, sizes up to 20,000 mm. For such formats set 150 DPI for bitmaps in the template, or a vector PDF for text and graphics.
How does the customer know where the eyelets will be?
From the line legend and the notes for the buyer in the template, e.g. “Eyelets in the corners and every 50 cm”. The safe margin shows where not to put text.
Can I have separate templates for materials?
Yes, each product can have its own template with its own bleed and description, e.g. mesh with a wider margin.
