Web to print software: from the customer’s design to a file in production

1. A designer on the product page. The customer adds text, a photo or picks a ready design. They see the cut line and the safe margin.
2. A print file from every design. A PDF at net size plus bleed, with embedded fonts or text as curves. For stickers, a separate CutContour cut-line file.
3. A link to the order. The file link goes into the order comment, and the panel shows the order number next to the design.
4. Production handling. Your own statuses (To print, In print, Shipped), downloading many files as a ZIP and a correction request in one click.

A designer written from scratch for one shop usually takes months of developer work and a separate server. Then it has to be maintained with every update of the shop platform. kreatorproduktow.pl works as a service: you connect the shop with an API key, create templates in the panel and paste one line of code or install a plugin. New features arrive without any work on your side.

You keep your shop platform. The shop still calculates the product price, and the designer only reads the parameters, e.g. the banner size chosen by the customer.

The customer chooses 300 × 100 cm in the shop and clicks the designer button. The designer opens at that size, with 20 mm bleed on each side. The customer uploads a logo and types a slogan, and the designer warns when the photo resolution is too low for that format. After saving, the order gets a 3040 × 1040 mm PDF with the cut line marked. The print shop downloads it from the panel together with the other files of the day.
