What the product designer connects to

A “Design” button on the product page. The customer designs before buying. The design goes into the cart with the product, and the order contains a link to the print file. This is how IdoSell works, as well as WooCommerce with the KreatorPRO plugin, PrestaShop with the KreatorPRO module and Shoper on the Premium plan.

A designer link after purchase. An order arrives in your system (for example from Allegro into Base), a rule in the Automations tab checks its source and status, and the customer receives an email with a personal designer link. Once they save the design, the file link goes into the order note and the status can change automatically.

You can combine both. Example: an IdoSell shop with the button on the product page, plus Base for Allegro orders. The same order seen in two systems is matched to one design, so the customer never gets a second email.

Design files stay on our servers. The order only receives text with links: the print file, a preview and, for stickers, a separate cut line file. In IdoSell that is the product comment in the order, in WooCommerce and Shoper a private note, in PrestaShop the product customization and a note, in Base the seller comment, and in Apilo and SellAsist the order note.

In the shop panel every design shows the order number and the system it came from, for example “Apilo · Order 1234”. Search finds a design by the order number from any connected system.
