Promotional products with a logo: the customer places the print
With promotional products, most time goes into the visual proof: a designer puts the customer’s logo on a product photo and sends it for approval. The designer does this right on the product page. The customer uploads a logo, sees it on the product and orders.

A visual proof without a designer
For each product you create a Mockup template: a product photo and a print area in millimetres, e.g. 60 × 20 mm on a pen. The customer uploads a logo and the designer shows it on the product right away. Vector logos (SVG, PDF, AI) are converted to a 300 DPI image with transparency. A logo photo with a white background is cleaned with the background removal button.
Product colours
A bag in five colours means five photos in one template. When the customer picks a colour in the shop, the designer shows the right photo. Unusual shapes, e.g. badges or magnets, use the Winder / shape template with a mask, and the print file is cut to the shape.
Frequently asked questions
Can the customer order from 1 piece?
That depends on your offer. The designer has no minimum quantity: there is one design, and the customer picks the quantity in the shop.
Can I give customers ready logo layouts?
Yes. In the Project designs tab you prepare layouts, e.g. a logo with a slogan or a logo with a website address. The customer swaps the logo and text.
What if the customer’s logo has colours outside the print gamut?
The designer shows the design in RGB, as on screen. In the Premium plan the converter turns the file into a CMYK TIFF, and you do the rest in your own software.
